Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Independent Living Nova Scotia Association (ILNSA) will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 7:00-8:30pm (AST).
We will conduct annual business which will include: Receive minutes; reports and financial statements; elect the board of directors and appoint an auditor. We will also have a community presentation on the “Social Model of Disability” with Samantha Walsh.
The safety and well-being of our consumers, board members and staff is our highest priority, therefore we have made the decision to host this year’s AGM virtually, because of the 4th wave of the pandemic.

Once you have completed the registration form, we will contact you to provide instructions on how to join the virtual AGM on October 27, 2021.

For this year only (2021), we will consider those individuals who have registered for the AGM to be members of the organization. These individuals will be permitted to participate in the voting of motions. We understand that we are in unprecedented times and the feasibility of the membership fee may not readily be available for all consumers wishing to participate. Please note: the waiver of this membership fee will be for this calendar year only.
